1. Who we are and how these terms work
way.space is the builders catalog of WayID, operated by Lineage Labs, an unincorporated project team based in Denmark. Until a legal entity is formed, your agreement is with the individual operators of the project. By signing in, posting, publishing, or using our feeds and API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The WayID Terms of Service are incorporated into these terms by reference and apply to your use of way.space, including their rules on eligibility (you must be 18 or older), accounts, acceptable use, content licenses, warranties, liability, termination, and Danish governing law. This page adds only what is specific to way.space. If the two conflict, this page prevails for way.space.
2. One identity across Way services
When you sign in to way.space (with Google or GitHub), we create or link a WayID account for you using your verified email address, and your profile here is backed by that WayID identity. Profile edits write through to WayID, and verification badges and GitHub stats are read back from it. One person, one identity, across both services.
3. The catalog
The catalog lists agent harnesses, frameworks, tools, apps, platforms, and blueprints, compiled from public sources, community proposals, and blueprints that members publish. We may add, edit, re-score, merge, or remove entries at any time.
- Scores and grades. Tool scores and grades (A+…D) are derived from public signals, mainly GitHub and, where an entry has a linked package, public package registries. They are informational estimates, not endorsements, ratings of safety, or guarantees of quality (see how scores are calculated).
- Machine-written descriptions. Summaries, feature lists, taglines, categories, tags, and the decision to list an entry are produced largely by automated tooling, including AI models, from each project's public material. They can be wrong or out of date. The project's own repository and documentation are the authority. To correct an entry, claim it or email us.
- Names and logos. Product names, logos, and trademarks shown in the catalog belong to their owners and are used only to identify the listed projects. A listing does not mean the project is affiliated with us or endorses way.space.
4. Claiming a tool and publisher verification
Claiming a tool requires proving control of it: write access to its repository via GitHub, a file you publish at a well-known address, or a token you place in its listing. A publisher badge states who publishes a listing. It says nothing about whether the code is safe, reviewed, or endorsed. Claims are re-checked over time. We may mark a claim stale or revoke it if we believe it was obtained improperly or that control has lapsed, and revocations remain in a public log.
5. Write access and the credibility gate
Reading is open to everyone. Posting, voting, publishing, and other write actions require passing the credibility gate: a WayID-verified human identity, or a sufficiently high GitHub-derived builder grade. The gate is a feature, not a right. Grades are recalculated automatically over time, and write access can change or be revoked accordingly, or where we believe it is being abused. You must not game it: no vote rings, bought stars, coordinated vote manipulation, or credibility transfer between accounts.
6. Forum posts and votes
Content you post, whether forum threads, replies, votes, or tool proposals, must follow the acceptable-use rules of the WayID Terms. You keep ownership of it and grant us the same hosting-and-display license described there. Votes are credibility-weighted, and we display the credibility grade you held at the time of a vote or post.
Moderation. We may hide, remove, or edit for formatting any content that breaks these rules. The verified maintainer of a tool can also hide posts in that tool's forum. Moderation is done by people, not by automated filters. If your post is hidden, your claim revoked, or your write access removed, you can ask why and ask us to reconsider by emailing hello@lineage.fyi. We will give our reasons and review a maintainer's decision ourselves.
7. Blueprints and forking
When you publish a blueprint, you confirm you have the right to share everything in it and that it contains no secrets or credentials. Blueprints are public, and others can fork them. In addition to the license you give us, you grant every user of way.space a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, copy, fork, adapt, and run your blueprint, on way.space and in their own projects. Third-party components a blueprint refers to stay under their own licenses. External registry parts are shown ungraded and unreviewed.
8. Agent access tokens
You can create tokens in your settings that let your own AI assistant act on your account. Keep them secret. Everything done with one of your tokens is done by you: you are the author of record for anything it publishes and are responsible for it under these terms. The credibility gate is checked every time a token is used, and you can revoke a token at any time. We may revoke tokens that are abused or appear compromised.
9. Public and machine-readable by design
Builder profiles, tool pages, forum posts, and vote tallies are public. The catalog and
forum are also published in machine-readable form, including catalogue.json, forum.json, the /api/v1 endpoints, an MCP server, llms.txt, the sitemap, social-preview images, and the agent guide, and may be read and indexed by search engines and
AI agents. Do not post anything you are not comfortable having republished.
You may read, cache, and reuse catalog data from these feeds, including inside AI agents and other products, provided you credit way.space with a link, do not present our scores as an endorsement or safety rating, and do not suggest we endorse your product. Content that originates from the listed projects stays under those projects' own licenses. Use the documented feeds rather than scraping pages, respect cache headers, and do not send traffic that degrades the service for others. We may rate-limit or block clients that do, and the feeds may change or break without notice.
10. Reporting content
To report content that infringes your rights or breaks these terms, including data about you derived from public sources, email hello@lineage.fyi. This address is our single point of contact for users and authorities, in English or Danish. The notice-and-takedown process in the WayID Terms applies: tell us where the content is and why you believe it should go, and we will review it, act where appropriate, and tell you the outcome.
11. Security reports
If you find a security vulnerability, email hello@lineage.fyi with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. Do not access other people's data or degrade the service while testing.
12. Changes
Because this is a prototype, these terms may change. We update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site. Earlier versions are available on request.
