Claw3D is a self-hosted 3D virtual office in which AI agents appear as workers moving through a shared space. Instead of following automation through dashboards and logs, you watch agents review pull requests, run standups, and execute tasks in a live /office scene, chat with them, and lock the camera onto any agent to follow its work. An /office/builder surface edits and publishes office layouts.
The app is the visualization, Studio, and adapter layer. It does not build or run the agent runtimes themselves. It connects to OpenClaw through its gateway flow, to Hermes through a bundled WebSocket adapter, to orchestrator-backed stacks through a direct HTTP custom provider (expecting GET /health, GET /state, GET /registry, and POST /v1/chat/completions), or to a built-in demo gateway with mock agents for exploring the office without a real framework.
Networking uses two hops: the browser talks to Studio over HTTP and a same-origin WebSocket at /api/gateway/ws, and Studio opens a second WebSocket to the upstream gateway. Gateway settings persist on the Studio host, an access token protects Studio when it binds to a public host, and an allowlist restricts which gateways it may proxy to. The stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, Three.js with React Three Fiber and Drei, and Phaser for the builder.
Features
- Live office: a retro 3D office with desks, rooms, navigation, animations, and event-driven activity cues
- Fleet management: agent creation, settings, session controls, approvals, and gateway-backed configuration editing
- Agent chat: real-time conversations with runtime updates streamed from the gateway
- Operational spaces: standups with GitHub and Jira, pull-request review flows, QA pipeline and log monitoring, and analytics views
- Runtime adapters: OpenClaw, Hermes, a direct HTTP custom provider, and a demo gateway, with saved runtime profiles
- Studio persistence: gateway connection details, focused-agent preferences, desk assignments, office state, and backend mode stored locally
- Remote setups: documented Tailscale and SSH tunnel configurations for remote gateways and LAN access
- Voice replies: optional ElevenLabs integration via API key, voice ID, and model ID
- Layout editing: drag furniture to customize the office and publish layouts from the builder
