Viktor

Viktor is an AI worker that lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. You mention @Viktor in a channel or direct message, describe the work, answer its clarifying questions, and it carries the task through to completion in the connected systems instead of handing back text to copy elsewhere.

Each workspace gets an isolated compute environment where Viktor writes and runs code. It connects to more than 3,200 tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Stripe, GitHub, and Google Drive, and integrations are shared across the workspace. Typical assignments are recurring reports and dashboards, onboarding and finance workflows, reconciling data across systems, updating CRMs and project trackers, sending email, and writing code that opens pull requests or deploys an application.

Viktor reads the channels it joins, builds a knowledge base of the company over time, and records learned procedures as internal skill notes so that repeated tasks follow the same steps. Workflows can be scheduled to run on a cadence. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, the service holds SOC 2 Type 1 with Type 2 and ISO 27001 in progress, customer data is not used to train external models, and a workspace can be wiped on request.
