AstronRPA is a robotic process automation (RPA) desktop application from iFlytek for automating Windows desktop software and web pages. Workflows are built in a low-code visual designer by dragging and dropping components, then debugged in the same environment.
It targets cross-application automation on Windows: office software such as WPS and Microsoft Office, financial and ERP systems such as Kingdee and YonYou, and browsers including IE, Edge, and Chrome. More than 300 pre-built atomic capabilities cover UI operations, data processing, and system interactions, and custom components can be added.
Astron Agent is the native agent platform for the project. Astron Agent workflows can call RPA workflow nodes, and AstronRPA workflows can call Agent workflows in turn, so reasoning and decision steps connect to automated execution. Runs can be triggered directly, on a schedule, through API calls, or as MCP services.
The client is a Vue 3, TypeScript, and Electron desktop app on Windows 10 and 11, backed by a self-hosted server of Java Spring Boot and Python FastAPI microservices deployed with Docker. The Python engine bundles more than 20 component packages, including image recognition and UI element location. Team features include an excellence center, a team marketplace, terminal monitoring, robot sharing, and permission control.
