MicrosoftWork Iq is Microsoft's plugin marketplace for GitHub Copilot that connects AI assistants to Microsoft 365 data. Its plugins bundle MCP servers, skills, and tools, so you can ask an assistant about your email, meetings, documents, Teams messages, and colleagues in natural language. It is in public preview, and features and APIs may change.
At its core is the WorkIQ CLI and MCP server. You can install the plugins into the GitHub Copilot CLI, run the MCP server standalone in any coding agent or IDE that supports MCP (including VS Code), or use the CLI directly to ask questions interactively or one at a time. Access to tenant data requires admin consent on the Microsoft 365 tenant, granted once through a consent dialog or by a tenant administrator.

The CLI and MCP server run on Windows, Linux, and macOS on x64 and Arm64. New plugins can be contributed as an MCP configuration plus skills registered in the marketplace.
